What does Inphlo mean?

The name Inphlo comes from information flow. Information flow is often forgotten as we build and scale our businesses, but it is an important part of the process. We help small-mid-sized businesses automate and optimize their information flow so you can spend more time with your customers and family.

What services do you offer?

We offer Microsoft-based technology solutions like Power Bi, Power Apps, Power Automate, Excel, and Chat Bots. We can make you a simple form that inputs an Excel sheet, or an AI-based program that can take purchase orders from emails and input them into an ERP.

What is the process to get a project done?

First, you will have a meeting with an Inphlo partner where you will go through and map out your information flow. We will then do a small write-up where we can then agree on the problems we want to solve. From there Inphlo will create your solution, implement, and train.

What do you charge for your services?

We hate this answer, but it depends on your situation. We also offer monthly packages where we manage all of your information flow services.

Power BI: Range: $500-$5,000 + Optional $300 monthly retainer

Power Apps: $500-$2,000 + Optional $300 monthly retainer

Power Automate: $200-$1,000 + Optional $300 monthly retainer

Manufacturing Tech: $200-$1,000 + Optional $300 monthly retainer

Chat Bots: $200-$500 + Fee per response ($0.25-$1)
